PUBLIC SURVEY NOTICE: Federal Certification Review

Public Survey Notice

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will be conducting their Federal Certification Review of the Greater Buffalo-Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC). The Federal Certification Review is required every four years in any metropolitan area with a population over 200,000 people and GBNRTC covers such a metropolitan area.

We are interested in hearing from you, the public, about how the transportation planning process is being conducted in the Greater Buffalo-Niagara region. Please fill out a survey using the link provided and let us know your thoughts: https://forms.office.com/g/7sNp6YDTtE

FHWA and FTA will be accepting comments through the survey from June 3 to July 12, 2024. If you have comments about the transportation planning process that to do not speak to the survey questions, please feel free to send comments directly to FHWA and FTA using the following contact information:
